As someone who has recently discovered the power of self-tracking I find this article interesting and exciting. I've been running regularly for about six months. I run with my wife and with several friends. My wife and I both use the Nike+ app on our iPhone to help us track our progress. Several of my friends wear heart rate monitors and connected Garmin devices. I look forward to seeing how the self-tracking movement progresses with better standards for Bluetooth devices.
